Feron discularis
(Hymenoptera: Cynipidae)
Andricus discularis Weld 1926 specimens at the California Academy of Sciences. Galls were collected in Sequoia National Park. The galls measure about 5mm in diameter. Host is Quercus garryana. The middle gall shows the attachment point to the leaf (on the underside of the gall); the left and right galls show the exit holes on the tops of the galls. |
